The Santa Barbara Piece:
I found a beat up thing on the side of the road when my husband and I were vacationing in Santa Barbara. My husband looked at me and said "No!" that thing was just calling my name!!! I pleaded and begged, and he said there was no hope for whatever it is... Well two weeks later I took a girls weeks with the lady's in my family back to Santa Barbara! And it was still on the side of the road!!! No one wanted this poor piece of who knows what! So my little sister helped me, as she was carrying it, I walked behind her picking up the many piece that fell behind! Well I called my husband and said, there is hope and it was meant to be! - guess which is his favorite piece in our home? The Santa Barbara piece ;)

Here's a dresser that my mother inlaw found for me on the side of the road. It needed a bit of TLC!
I fixed the fame and a broken drawer. And then painted!
